William Hollinger Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Hollinger of Emmitsburg, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, William shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid William farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Theresa and John Hollinger; and his brothers, Jeffrey and Greg Hollinger. He is survived by: his wife Kay Hollinger of Emmitsburg; and his siblings, John, Bruce, Steve and Sandy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home (210 W Main St, Emmitsburg, MD 21727). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Emmitsburg Memorial Gardens (9540 Waynesboro Pike, Emmitsburg, MD 21727).
