We are sad to announce that, on May 24, 2026, at the age of 67, Barbara Hall (Essex, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Culpepper and Nona Culpepper. She is survived by: her husband John Hall; her children, Candice Werrell and Tony Hall; her grandchildren, Brendon, Miranda, Jackson and Paxton; and her siblings, Harry Culpepper and Emily "Sue" Walker.
