Though Cesar may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cristina; his daughters, Maria Corazon and Carolina; and his sisters, Mary Louis and Cynthia (Cesar Jr.). He was also cherished by his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Instead of flowers, any donation made to the family will be use to help him go home to the Philippines.
