She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lonnie J. Phillips and Jean E. Phillips; her siblings, Richard Phillips, Elizabeth Tewey and L. Jackson Phillips (Lani); and her children, Thomas P. Flagg (Stacey), Molly Flagg Rollison (Mark), Ann C. Flagg of Jaime, Alvarez (Robyn), Carlos Alvarez, Mom, Ian, Lauren, Aaron, Colin, Ethan, Sofia, Daniela, Louisa A. Troutner and Charles E. Wright. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bruzdzinski Funeral Home (1407 Old Eastern Ave, Essex, MD 21221). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (1704 Old Eastern Ave, Essex, MD 21221).
In lieu of flowers charitable donations may be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Catholic Charities, the Jaime Gregorio Alvarez Memorial Scholarship at the Community College of Balt. County, the American Cancer Society, or your local food bank for those in need.
