She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Bell Sr. and Anna Bell; her husband Charles "Bo" Hicks Sr.; and her siblings, Gary Bell, George Bell (Donna), Ray Bell (Miriam) and Margie Bell.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Schoonover, Charles "Chuck" Hicks Jr. (Colleen), James Hicks (Nicki) and John Young (Julie); her brother Billie Bell (Alice); and her sister-in-law Sandy. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
