She was predeceased by: her brother Joseph Schreck Sr.; and her adoptive parents, Grace Dunkle and Edwin Dunkle. She is survived by: her husband Ronald J. Welsh; and her siblings, Wes Dunkle, John Dunkle, Edwina Dunkle Pineo and Jeanne Dunkle Short. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home (300 Mace Ave, Baltimore, MD 21221). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex (300 Mace Ave, Baltimore, MD 21221). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at the Faith Cemetery (5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206).
