He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Clark and Ruth Clark; his daughter Becky Lynne Clark; and his sibling Leilani Lovern (Clark). He is survived by: his children, Shanna Clark of Baltimore, MD, Natira Roman of Kaiserslautern, Germany, Daria Andrejak of Jarrettsville, MD, Jolene Vance of Baltimore, MD and Andrew Clark of Ashdown. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren (two deceased) and three great grandchildren.
