She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles Francis DeVaughn; her children, Barbara Ward (Jim) and Charles DeVaughn Jr. (Teresa); her siblings, Iva Thommen, Dorothy Mueller, Mildred Steipler, Marty Lutz and Ruth Ulrich; and her grandchildren, Jamie Keane, Michael DeVaughn and JC Ward.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
