She is survived by: her daughter Katrina Hawthorne-Crook (Ronald); her grandchildren, Cheyenne J. Hammer Keith A. (Lindsey) and Crook (Megan); her great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Alana, Colton and Codie Hammer; and her siblings, Joan V. Gast and Robert E. Haws. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
