It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Horn (Essex, Maryland), who passed away on October 22, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Theresa Mumey. She is survived by: her husband Edward Henry Horn, Jr.; her children, Deborah Rayman (Mark), Edward Henry Horn III and Sherrie Bittner (Bill); her grandchildren, Matthew Rayman (Moe), Krystle Lee (Adam), Edward Henry Horn IV (Amanda), Billy Bittner (Kristen) and Kelly Horn; her great grandchildren, Elaina Horn, Savannah Lee, Hunter Lee, Ethan Horn and William Bittner; and her siblings, Bob Oakes and Linda Chiveral. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
