He is survived by: his spouse Robin Morrison; his daughters, Stephanie Costin (Tim) and Becky Roggio (Joe); his grandchildren, Tim Costin II, Sarah Costin and Dahlia Roggio; his great grandchild Sophia Costin; and his siblings, Larry, Darlene, Joyce and Bill. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
