She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee W. Cook and Pauline V. Mongold Cook; her spouse Dale Raylynn "Tuke" Mitchell; her sibling Preceding; and her grandson Kenneth.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Mitchell (Carol), Sandra Mitchell and Janet Mitchell; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Gary, Alexandra, Stephanie, Kimberly, Matthew, Christopher, Joshua, Courtney and Ariel; and her great grandchild Baby Williams. She is also survived by nine siblings.
