He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mech and Gertrude Mech. He is survived by: his wife Eleonore Mech; his children, Barbara Mack (Raymond), Evelyn Fink, Carol Bostwick (Richard) and Robert Mech, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Karen Wisniewski (Mark); his grandchildren, Millisa Nill, David Mack, Barbara Jeanne Bird, Jennifer Lane, Jacob Bostwick, Esther Mech and Kaylee Wisniewski; his great grandchildren, Rachel Nill, Cody Nill, Danielle Mack, Anna Ferguson, Victor Lane and Penelope Bostwick; his great great grandchildren, Riley Mack and Spencer Weese; and his siblings, Donald Mech, Trude Mech and Rose Mech.
