He was predeceased by : his sibling Rusty Dubroka; his siblings-in-law, Ovid McMillion, Paul Dubroka, James Bruffey and Norman Lauenstein; and his parents, Tempest Williams and Louella Williams.

He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Singleton-Williams; his children, Debbie Kale (Steven Lutz), Trina Williams-Haas (Allen Haas) and Roy Lee Williams Jr. (Diane); his grandchildren, Justin Williams, Brandon Kale (Ashley), Brett Haas (Kayla), Elizabeth Haas, Kyle Lutz, Kaitlyn Williams, Alayna Williams, Mason Williams and Liliana Williams; his great grandchildren, Ayla Lutz, Wyatt Haas and Turner Kale; and his sisters, Lucille McMillion and Joan Lauenstein. He is also survived by many loving cousins, and other dear family members and friends.
