She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Mary Smith (James Smith); and her siblings, Walter Smith, Don, Paul Weaver, Maude Thomas, Opal Birkmire, Notrie Jordan, Geneva Nagle and Beulah Webster.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Jones; her husband James Jones; her grandchildren, James Jones, Jr., Patrick Jones, Dana Marynowski and Katherine Bisker; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Owen Marynowski, Emma, Juliette, Sawyer Bisker, Reid, Reagan Jones, Ethan, Carter Jones, Bailey and Alexis Reeves.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to The Kaufman Cancer Center, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, or the Kidney Foundation of Maryland, honoring Charlotte's compassionate spirit and her passion for helping others.
