He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Edward Andrews, Jr. and Ruth Belle Andrews (Holter). He is survived by: his wife Irene M. Padilla; his daughter Heather Mohalski (Matthew); his grandsons, Eliot and Jack Mohalski; his sister Sandra Alvarez; and his niece Melanie Gambill.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bel Air-McComas Family Funeral Home (50 W Broadway, Bel Air, MD 21014). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
