He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sobczak and Helen Ruth Chrusniak (Holden); and his siblings, Francis Sobczak and Eleanor "Mary Frances" Sobczak. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Martha Sobczak (Ratajczak); his children, David Sobczak (Cynthia), John Sobczak, Jr. and Victoria Baublitz (Norman); and his brothers, Martin Sobczak (Victoria) and Richard Sobczak. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
