Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Communion Lutheran Church (621 Old Fallston Rd, Fallston, MD 21047). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Before retiring, Lynne was Project Administrator for the Maryland Transportation Authority's I-95 Express Toll Lanes Project in Baltimore and Harford Counties, a position she enjoyed and found to be fulfilling and "immersive."In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Communion Lutheran Church, 621 Old Fallston Road, Fallston, MD 21047 https://www.holycommunionfallston.org or the charity of your choice.
