She is survived by: her husband Oliver "Joseph" Berardi, Jr.; her children, Nicol Pietrowicz (Jeff), Tiffany Weaver (Garon) and Bobby Lee Linkous (Carlie); her grandchildren, Tawnie Gainer (Scott), Danté Berardi, Caleb Pietrowicz (Sarah), Alyssa Eller, Branson Berardi, Ashley King (Trevor) and Bethany Wallace (Dalton); her great grandchildren, Micah, Matty, Elliott, Piper, Brantley and Brody; and her siblings, Jude Kitchen and Carolyn Kanis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Regina's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Wounded Warriors.
