He was predeceased by: his parents, William A Ritter, Jr. and Anna L Ritter; and his brothers, Mark A. Ritter, Sr. and Glenn A. Ritter. He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Ritter; his children, Bea Ritter and Scott Ritter, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Jet Taylor (Suzanne), Donny Taylor and Linda Taylor Commisso (Vince). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church (8030 Bradshaw Rd, Kingsville, MD 21087).
