He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Calvin Lull and Beatrice Mary Lull (Wagner); his sister Sandi Kowalewski; and his former wife Jean Lull. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Judd Lull; his children, Tricia Coleman (Brian), Matthew Lull (Colleen), Steven Lull (Jessica), Thomas Judd (Cynthia) and Kenneth Judd; his grandchildren, Connor Lull, Gavin Lull, Cole Judd, Ethan Lull, Jean Coleman and Ryan Judd; and his sister Missi Long.
