He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Maurice Kenneth Blades and Atha Marie Willey Blades; his wife Barbara Blades (Willis); his daughters, Lisa Townsend (Butch) of Easton and Kelly Howard (Bobby) of Federalsburg; his grandchildren, Jack, Samantha Townsend (Sammy), Lauren, Meredith, Emma and Kylie Howard; and his brother Wayne Blades (Vickie) of Salisbury. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
