She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Short, Sr. and Lula Shorter Short of Federalsburg; and her sister Cindy Burton. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Amalfitano (Anthony) of Denton and Dawn Martin of Chestertown; the mother of her child Lula Short of Federalsburg; her grandsons, Anthony Amalfitano, Jr., Aiden Amalfitano and Tyler Monath; her great grandchildren, Maci Monath and Mac Monath; and her siblings, Karen Graham, Tommy Short, Sr., Lora Lee Woodward and Roger Short, Jr..
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Framptom Funeral Home (216 N Main St, Federalsburg, MD 21632).
