He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Hester S. Brown; his wife Ruth Ann Powers; and his siblings, Wilson Brown, Grace Martin and Bessie Brown.
He is survived by: his sons, William Brown (Ginger) of Seaford and David Brown (Melissa) of Seaford; his grandsons, Robert Brown (Jordan) and Chris Brown (Alissa); and his great grandchildren, Dorothy and Robbie, Jr..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Framptom Funeral Home (216 N Main St, Federalsburg, MD 21632). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
