She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Breeding and Dorothy Cooper Breeding. She is survived by: her husband Carl Frase; her daughters, Kristy Marshall and Jill Ostermann; her grandchildren, Hunter Marshall (Samantha) and Austyn Ostermann; her great grandchildren, Myla and Garrett; her siblings, Francis Breeding, Kathy Dill, Debbie Lawler and Janet Todd; and her aunts, June Johnson and Esther Cluley. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Preston (242 Main St, Preston, MD 21655).
