She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Perkins and Bertha Perkins (Hampton); her husband William Robert Bailey; her daughter Traci L. Bailey Harbeson; her grandson Zachary Harbeson; her brother Arthur Gary Perkins; and her pet Chessie.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Lory Myer (Bill), Dawn Brashears (Mike) and Scott Cook (Sandy); her grandchildren, Bradley Brashears, Brooke Lehigh, Scott Myer and Joshua Brashears; her great grandchildren, Vincent Visocsky, Briella Lehigh, Bryson Lehigh, Braxton Lehigh and Willow Brashears; her granddaughter Karen Roberts (Scott); her great-nephews, Bailey Neveker, Brodey Neveker and Brevin Neveker; and her cousins, Joan "Arlene" Scott and Denise Lowe (George).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Eline Funeral Home (2901 Bloom Rd, Finksburg, MD 21048). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (2130 Woodlawn Dr, Baltimore, MD 21207).
