Cox (Rhiannon) of Westminster; his sisters, Dawn M. Cox Morgan (Scott) of Hanover, PA. and Sandra J. Cox Cashman (David) of Smithfield, VA.; his grandsons, Chase and Grayson Blair of Union Bridge; and his stepgrandson Carter Brady of Westminster. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
