He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Bower; his children, Robert W. Bower, Jr. (Maria Betz) of Finksburg, MD, Amy L. Bower of Mooresville, NC and Michael K. Bower (Meghan) of Finksburg, MD; his siblings, Virginia Harvey of Severna Park, MD and Thomas Bower, Sr. of Finksburg, MD.; his grandchildren, Robert Bower, III, Kristen Bower, Haliegh Bower, Julia Bower, Zachary Bache, Caden Bower, Chace Bower and Jaxon Bower; and his great grandchild Adrianna Peltzer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
