He was predeceased by: his mother Joy Fisher Smith. He is survived by: his father Dr. Errol G. Smith of Westminster; his son Hunter Smith; his siblings, Eric Smith (Tina) and Jennifer Smith Stitely (Tim); and his siblings' children, Nick Kelly, Nick Stitely, Hannah Stitely, William Gambino, Gregg Gambino and R. Kaese Dillman.
