He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Frances and Joseph Delmas Koski; and his brother Delmas Keith Koski of Seaford, DE.. He is survived by: his close friend Susan K. Fisher; his brother Charles T. Koski (Colleen) of Chincoteague Island, VA; his daughter Tanya Darling (Carl); his granddaughter Twyla Armstrong (Brandy); his great grandchild Temperian Armstrong; and his nieces, Crystal and Brianna Silins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Frank's memory to Diana Bloom Rathell at Kitty Kat Cottage or the Dorchester Heritage Seafood Heritage Association.
