With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elsie Marie Barnes of Flintstone, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Elsie left this world on April 11, 2026 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Bridges and Rosalia Bridges (Donohue); her husband Harold Lee Barnes; and her siblings, Ralph, Jimmy, Phil, Patrick, Clarence Bridges, Laverne Ruppert, Zelma Miller, Helen McQuain, Kitty Byrd, Irene McDonald and Elouise Bridges.
She is survived by: her daughter Lu Ann Marie McKenzie (Buddy); her grandchildren, Heather Lee Adams, Laura Ann Yost and Joseph Charles McKenzie; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Yost (Anjolie Aguilar) and Khloe Yost. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
