She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wingert Wolfe and Laura Ellen Wolfe (Tritch); and her husband Calvin Leroy Howell. She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Lee Dice (Alan) of Forest Hill.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
