He is survived by: his parents, Frances Marie Holbrook (Ingram) and Douglas Lee Holbrook; his siblings, Timothy Holbrook Sr. (Lisa), Brian Holbrook (Jennifer) and Dr. Robyn Holbrook Zicker (William); and his nieces and nephews, Timothy Holbrook Jr., Ella Grace Holbrook, Hannah Holbrook, Logan Holbrook and Claire Holbrook. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
