He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Florence Virginia Dempsey; his children, Karen Dempsey Mueller (Denis Mueller) and Stephens Ruffner Dempsey (Lori Dempsey); his grandchildren, Michael Dempsey (Kathleen), Zachery Mueller (Sierra Rubin), Sarah Dempsey and Max Mueller; and his great grandchild Leonna Dempsey.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
