She was predeceased by: her parents, Beura Akers Sparks and Hazel Virginia Sparks (Waddell); and her siblings, Claudia Sparks and Roger Sparks. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth David Kelly; her children, Sandra Wheeler and Ronald Kelly (Debra); her grandsons, Jacob Wheeler and Sean Kelly; and her sisters, Norma Guercio and Mary Morin. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bel Air-McComas Family Funeral Home (50 W Broadway, Bel Air, MD 21014). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the Bel Air Memorial Gardens (809 Rock Spring Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014).
