He is survived by: his wife Susan Rinehart-Horky; his children, Jennifer Livingston (David), Rebecca Rinehart, John Aaron Horky (Katelin) and Adam Horky (Leilia); his grandchildren, Ryley Livingston, Tristan Livingston, Dominic Rinehart, Christopher Hurline, Kent Horky, Presley Horky, Andy Horky and Lacey Mentzer; and his siblings, Joanne Rice, Diane Dixon, Josephine Wheeler, Mary McLean, Paula Ennis, Alecia Horky, Donna Kitchen and Ralph Horky.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bel Air-McComas Family Funeral Home (50 W Broadway, Bel Air, MD 21014). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 4:30 PM at the Wawa (3500 Woodsdale Rd, Abingdon, MD 21009). A burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at the Bel Air Memorial Gardens (809 Rock Spring Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014).
