He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Harry Karoll, Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth Karoll (Waltman); his brother Kenneth Karoll; and his brother-in-law Gene Schuller. He is survived by: his wife Doris Karoll (Schuller); his siblings, James Karoll and Cheryl Whetzel; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Cox and Gladys Schuller. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
