He was predeceased by: his parents, Losin Hall and Katherine Hall; and his daughter Pamela V. Hall. He is survived by: his spouse Marion; his children, Paula Wells (Michael Sr.), Tracey Winslow (Edward), Billy Hall Jr., Crystal Taylor (Robert Jr.) and Leslie Washington (Reginald Sr.); his sister Francis Bond; his nephew Keith; and his niece Kathy. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
