She is survived by: her husband William Frank Ballard; her children, Victor Ballard (Amy) and Nicole Addison; her grandchildren, Skye Williams, D'mitrius Ballard (Jocelyn), Jazmin Pillow, Victor Saunders-Ballard and Vincent Saunders; and her great grandchildren, Jazzelle, Mylah, Dmitrius Jr., Robyn, Jordan, Louis, Victor Jr. and Nariah Saunders. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
