He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert C. Carter and Lina Mae Everett; and his wife Vernadine Hart Carter. He is survived by: his children, Byron Andrew Carter and Brittany Tekoa Carter; his grandson Robin; and his friend Church.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer African Methodist Episcopal Church (7707 Allentown Rd, Fort Washington, MD 20744). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
