She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Heavener Franklin, Jr.; her parents, Rudolph Benjamin Taylor, Sr. and Louise Katherine Frye Taylor; her sons, Eugene Heavener Franklin and Robert L Franklin; and her brother Rudolph Benjamin Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cecilia Franklin Bonners and Debra Franklin Wallace; and her siblings, Camille Taylor Eubanks, Ann Taylor Fowler, Doretha Taylor Jackson, Ramona Taylor Gordon, Morris E. Taylor and Milton C. Taylor. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
