She is survived by: her husband Charles Louis Dunton Sr.; her children, Charles Louis Dunton Jr. (Sharla Azizi), Kenneth Edward Dunton, Jeffrey J. Dunton and Stacey Ann Dunton; her siblings, Lorraine Rebecca Booker and Hiawatha Mugar (Janice); her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Booker (Frank), Ernestine Koromah and Geraldine Burton; and her grandson Michael Kevin Dunton-Lurk. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden (3600 Brightseat Rd, Landover, MD 20785). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery (1122 Sunrise Beach Rd, Crownsville, MD 21032).
