It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arline Frances Bowland (Frederick, Maryland), who passed away on May 25, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Cas Lee Bowland; her parents, Paul S. Hildebrand and Geraldine F. Hildebrand; her son Mark Bowland; her daughter-in-law Loretta Delauter (LB); and her son William Ronald Delauter.

She is survived by: her son Michael Paul Delauter (Heidi); her grandchildren, Dakota Jarvis (Melissa), Trevor Milihram, Cody Milihram, Trey Thacker, Ashley Ratino (James), Joshua Delauter, Ryan Walsh and Nathan Walsh; her great grandchildren, Macie Jarvis and Carter Jarvis; her sister JoAnn F. Keyser; her nephews, James Cannon, Chris Cannon (Lou Ann) and Galen Keyser (Kelly); and her close friends, Jenny Garver and Doris Damuth.

Donations can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Huntington's Disease Association, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
