She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira D. Johnson and Juanita V. Johnson; her husband Kenneth E. Klipp; her grandson Justin I. Klipp; and her daughter-in-law Jaqueline Klipp.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Lambert (Charles) of Frederick, Kenneth W. Klipp of Middletown, James Klipp (Deborah) of Gettysburg, Gary Klipp (Pam) of Frederick and David Klipp (Jay Dee) of Frederick. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Barbara's name to the Frederick Health Hospice, 1 Frederick Health Way, Frederick, MD 21701.
