He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bud Spickler (Pappy), Helen and Glenn Mowery Sr.; and his aunt Terri Dawson. He is survived by: his parents, Gregory E. Spickler and Cindy S. Spickler (Mowery) of Smithsburg, MD.; his sister Alexis N. Thomas (Chance); his grandmother Bonnie B. Spickler; his aunts and uncles, Kathy L. Oberholzer (Alan), Steven L. Spickler (Joni), Tammy M. Earhart, Kathy L. Huntsberry and Glenn M. Mowery (Diane); and his godparents, Morris "Tinker" and Judy Shank.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Otterbein Church of Waynesboro (912 S Potomac St, Waynesboro, PA 17268).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Community Foundation of Washington County, 19638 Leitersburg Pike Ste. 203 Hagerstown, MD 21742, where a memorial will be established in Brad's honor.
