Spickler (Mowery) of Smithsburg, MD.; his sister Alexis N. Thomas (Chance); his grandmother Bonnie B. Spickler; his aunts and uncles, Kathy L. Oberholzer (Alan), Steven L. Spickler (Joni), Tammy M. Earhart, Kathy L. Huntsberry and Glenn M. Mowery (Diane); and his godparents, Morris "Tinker" and Judy Shank.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Community Foundation of Washington County, 19638 Leitersburg Pike Ste. 203 Hagerstown, MD 21742, where a memorial will be established in Brad's honor.
