He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Whitney and Leah Whitney; and his son Lamont. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn Frazier; his children, David, Lindsey Frazier and Temple (James Heaney); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Frazier, Chandler, London, Sierra and Paris Heaney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, the 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
