With solemn reverence, we commemorate Carol Ann Bell of Frederick, Maryland, whose life came to an end on July 21, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Bell, Jr.; and her brother William Lear. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Ann Ellsworth (William) and Bradley William Bell (Shannon); her siblings, Nancy Dabbs and Bradley Lear; her grandchildren, Samantha Taylor Bell, Blake William Bell, Rachel Beach, Deanna Weaver and Claire Merletti; and also Suzanne Brimmer. She is also survived by many greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews and many loving caregivers.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Collins Funeral Home (500 University Blvd W, Silver Spring, MD 20901). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
