It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Smith of Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on July 22, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Boone and Jean Boone; and her brothers, Roger Boone and Michael Boone. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie W. Smith; her daughter Nicole "Nikki" Mock (Mike) of Frederick; her granddaughter Wren; her siblings, Mark Boone (Tammy) of Williamsport, Vicki Geisler (Gary) of Mt. Airy and Penny Ruthvin (John) of Frederick; her sisters-in-law, Susie Boone, Albie and Lynn Crummitt; and her close friends, Beverly Sheetz, Frank and Brenda Cappella.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Golden Gears Car Club, P. O. Box 1583, Frederick MD 21702 or a charity of one's choice.
