He was predeceased by: his parents, George Albert and Elsie Dabbs (McCoy). He is survived by: his wife Paula L. Dabbs; his children, Donna M. Dabbs, Charles G. Dabbs Jr., James M. Dabbs and Tracy L. Dabbs; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Tyler, Brandon Dabbs, Daniel J. Kidwell, Kristina Carter and Michael Mccollough.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
