He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Netch and Evelyn E. Keisel; and his wife Mary E. Netch. He is survived by: his daughters, C. Lynn Mills of Belton, TX and Nancy E. White (Doug) of Germantown, MD.; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Chris, Michael, Corey, Michelle, Eric, Matthew and Daniel. He is also survived by spouses, nine great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
